Prof. Lavakush Singh is an Assistant Professor in Abeda Inamdar Senior College , Pune University. Prior to joining this college, he has been teaching in a management Institute affiliated to university of Pune.Prof. Lavakush Singh received his graduation in commerce from Kanpur University & Master degree from university of Pune. During his intensive teaching spanning a decade, he taught subjects on different arena, namely, Principles of Management, Cost Accounting, Mercantile law, Managerial Economics, Strategic Management & Research Methodology.

His research focuses on Public Private Participation in Infrastructure Sector, FDI in Insurance Sector, BRICS Nations & their contributions, New Companies Act 2013 & Demonetisation & its effect on various sectors of Indian Economy. He has authored 4 books of different domain of business, Commerce & Economy, namely, Marketing Management : An Asian Perspective , Essentials of Strategic Management ,Business economics & Managerial Economics. Along with this, He has published over one 20 National and 5 international research papers in numerous journals and international conference proceedings. He was given letter of appreciation by former Deputy Chairman : Planning Chairman India for his paper on expenditure tax in India .

Prof. Lavakush Singh has also held various assignments namely Placement Coordinator ,Centre Head: PAI Career Academy and commanded 1 Maratha Signal Company of Army as an Associate NCC Officer .He received Certification on Multivariate Analysis & Academic Leadership using SPSS & Minitab.
