Gregory Calloway

Upon attending Arts High School in Newark, New Jersey as an art major, Gregory Calloway realized that a more stable career choice for him was in the field of business. Having graduated with a college degree in business administration, he embarked on a career in business which took him to many of the nation's major corporations.

His career, spanning more than 30 years, included working in accounting, finance, and auditing. Additionally, he participated in many quality improvement initiatives along the way.

His first book, "How Not to Survive Quality Improvement," is an honest and illuminating critique of corporate management's sometimes disingenuous implementation of their own stated goals and objectives.
