Susan M. Silver

Susan M. Silver is a Manhattan-based freelance writer adept at many genres. Non-fiction under her byline has appeared in People magazine, Us Weekly, the New York Daily News, The New York Times, The Saturday Evening Post et al. Her fiction and poetry have been showcased in a number of literary magazines. I’ll Be Looking at the Moon, Susan's short story about surviving chronic illness, was selected for publication in the anthology Dozen. Widely regarded as classics, her children's books have garnered high praise. In 2016, she co-authored a memoir about cross-addiction and recovery that received raves. She is a well-published photographer. Susan holds a master’s degree in journalism and a BA in French literature (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude), both from New York University.
