Heidi Bylsma

Heidi Bylsma is a native Northern Californian who now makes her residence at Intervarsity Christian Fellowship's "Campus by the Sea" on Catalina Island in Southern California. (She has her new husband, Michael, to blame for "suffering" this way! LOL!) A physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation was ignited upon reading Judy Halliday's book, "Thin Again" (now updated as "Hunger Within"). She was recruited by Judy Halliday to collaborate on a Christian version of the Thin Within book and then the Rebuilding God's Temple Thin Within workbook series. Heidi has also written "God Speaks to Me," a two-month devotional intended to support Thin Within participants. Most recently she put many of the strategies, tips and tools that she has learned in her years of being in Thin Within into her newest work, Fresh Wind Fresh Desire.
