Lea Ann McCombs

Lea Ann McCombs is a certified lay counselor at Cedar Point Church in Claremore, Oklahoma. She also writes for the online Bible research site GotQuestions.org, and produces a weekly devotional that became her first book, Power Pack I.

Lea Ann majored in English at Oklahoma State University, deciding upon that route when as a freshman in a senior English class, the professor held up her essay and angrily told the rest of the class, "This is the way you write a paper, people! The rest of you flunked!" She's been writing ever since, publishing articles in magazines, writing TV and radio commercials, and winning writing contests---when she wasn't homeschooling four kids. She lives with her husband Wayne and their sweet but brainless Irish Setter, Babe, near Claremore. They have four grown children and one granddaughter.
