Originally from Benton Harbor, Michigan and a graduate of John Wesley College with a B.A. in Social Science, an AA in networking admin from ITT-Tech, a computer tech certificate from JTI. Birdman313 has been writing for many years, Birdman313 has 15 total published poetry books, and has been published in several journals, newspapers. Has appeared on several podcasts, radio stations, received artist of the month honors, and has been a featured poet at several open mic events, as well as receiving several Editor’s Choice Awards and one international award for his poetry. Was presented a plaque for the poem “She”, along with a gold medallion, and a pendant.
