Ann Marie McKay

Hi. I was born in New York City; I have travelled quite a bit on the east coast. Such places as Ohio, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. I also visited California many years ago.

I started writing when I was 16. Over the years I have written a lot of poetry and some romance stories. Until e publishing, I have never really tried to get my writing published.

Now that my children and grandchildren are grown, I have more time to devote to my writing and getting it published.

I hope my readers will enjoy the many poems that I have written. They come from the heart and will touch hearts and bring enjoyment. I enjoy writing poetry but have written about many different subjects. Abuse, child abuse, and school shootings are just some of the subjects I have written about. With an interest in astrology, I have written some books about sun signs of the presidents, sun signs in general, and sun signs for the 50 states. My favorite books are the ones I wrote for children, and there is a series of them. I have lately been writing love stories and have 2 self-published while I am currently working on the 3rd in a series that takes place in Tampa, Florida.

I've published a lot of books since 2017. A lot has happened in my life since then. I have twin great granddaughters. Reunited with a Christian friend I had lost touch with for 45 years. Lost a friend I had known since we were teenagers.

The Lord gives and he takes away. I had gotten away from the Lord for a time, after my divorce but he never let go of me.May my readers come to know his love through my christian books. I write about all different subjects.
