Jen Wilson

Jen Wilson (Sunday name Jennifer Margaret Wilson) has been working in the Health and Fitness industry since 2009. No one was more than surprised than herself over the industry she fell in love with, as a teenager she hated PE at school and would have done just about anything to try and get out of it. In her early 20’s however she started to gain weight through her partying lifestyle and discovered the gym and fitness classes and started to see and like the changes she saw and had a desire to help others find something that fitted their life to help them improve their health and fitness.

A hobby became a passion and the passion became the desire for a new career. 2009 was the time to make that change and retrain. Since then she has gained qualifications in HND Fitness, Health and Exercise, BSc Sport and Exercise Science, PGDip TQFE and NLP Master Practitioner along with many industry relevant qualifications to teach the fitness classes and personal training that she loves.

Away from teaching classes Jen strongly believes and lives a life where mindset is key focus before anything else. If your head is not in the right place, then it makes it difficult and eventually impossible for the body to follow and that is why she created the Warrior Woman Project.

Outside of health and fitness Jen loves to travel and has been privileged to have travelled through parts of South East Asia, China, Russia, Mongolia, Australia and much of Europe and has grand plans to keep travelling. Life is very much about collecting experiences rather than stuff.

Her dream is to be able to reach as many women as possible with her no bullshit approach to health and happiness and teaching women that balance is key.
