P. B. Owl is a Wiccan and multi-faith Priest, Elder, Author, and Lecturer who has been writing and Lecturing on the Craft and other spiritual topics for more than 20 years. He is based in East TN where he serves as a founding Elder and Man In Black for the Wiccan Seminary and meditation program The Silver Hand Of Life.
