Jay Alphey

I am a passionate believer in the magic that happens when group of people come together with a purpose and form a team. I use lean and agile approaches to build and coach high performing teams that deliver business value, especially in scaling organisations.

With twenty years of experience in new product development leading and scaling multinational teams, my focus is on people and lightweight process. I love to lead, grow and coach teams. I also develop and scale the organisational structures and practices which allow the teams to thrive and deliver value..

When not working with teams, I live in the wonderful historic, if somewhat flat, city of Cambridge (UK), with my wife Liz and two sons.
