Ross McWilliam has been an accredited trainer, speaker and author for the past 35 years. Now in his 60’s he has a wealth of experience to share.
Originally from an education background, he has worked in over 1500 schools, colleges, and universities, from mainstream and SEN, through to high performing pupils and senior leadership staff development. Through this work he published 5 mindset books for children, parents and teachers.
Over the past 20 years his focus has been on developing young professionals, managers and leaders in business. He has worked in professional sport and has been in that boardroom, conference venue, hotel suite and on that stage imparting his knowledge, skills and behaviours. Hos focus is on communication, performance and mental health.
His gentle trademark style makes the room feel secure and safe and this is when learning can begin.
He has had his fair share of physical and emotional challenges having undergone knee reconstruction, knee replacement, ankle, heart and neck disc surgery - this gives him a different insight into life.
His latest book Route 116 To Sonoma is about his experiences over the past 35 years and it shows the reader how to look at life a little differently, maybe take stock of where the journey has taken them, maybe re-evaluate progress and success and crucially, how to support others.
With an impressive client list to date and individual high flying client coaching list, Ross is still in demand in his 60’s.
