Marques J. Clark

Marques J. Clark is a researcher, grant writer, and former WIOA Youth program manager. Marques has a personal mission of removing hidden barriers to economic mobility, and he writes to educate audiences on topics related to education, employment, mental health and personal growth. Marques earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology and his Master's of Science in Counseling and Higher Education from Northern Illinois University.
