Lukas Prochazka

Lukas Prochazka is a time-proven European cook born in a small town in Central Europe, an expert on ethnic cuisines and the author of cookbooks mostly focused on Europe. Throughout last decade he has visited almost every European country. In 2012 he wrote his first internationally sold cookbook and since then he has been continuously delivering books based on his experiences with regional cuisine he encountered.
