J.D. Rogers

J.D. Rogers was born and raised in Montana. He studied history at Montana State University, as well as law at Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He returned to Montana, where he set up his own law practice. He started writing fiction as a way to improve his writing skills as a lawyer, discovered he enjoyed it, and has never stopped writing. Although he enjoys a good legal thriller, he prefers writing fantasy, but then long before he became a lawyer, he was an admitted science fiction and fantasy geek. J.D. still makes his home in Montana.
