Bruno Hartmann

BRUNO HARTMANN is a passionate engineer and an inspiring international keynote speaker. With over 25-years of industry experience, he has become an expert in transformational change and leadership. Bruno experienced the largest hostile takeover in Germany ́s machine building history; and, he helped transform a mid-sized company into a modern industrial concern.

Refreshingly, Bruno understands change from various employee perspectives. During his career, he has held application engineer, midlevel supervisory, executive leadership, worldwide sales and corporate SWAT team positions. His experience spans engineering, corporate strategy development, new business development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Bruno, a Bavarian leadership expert, studied industrial engineering in Rosenheim, Germany; is an alumnus of the Carnegie Mellon Institute in Pittsburgh, PA; and received his Master of Busi- ness Administration (MBA) at the Clemson University in the USA. He is a member of the Asso- ciation of German Engineers (VDI) and the German Speakers Association (GSA).
