As a former Great Britain National team player and coach, a non-executive Director of Baseball Softball UK (BSUK), and a member of the British Baseball Hall of Fame, Cody's credentials only scratch the surface of why he is in such demand not only as a coach, but as someone other coaches want to study under, and why he has waiting list of parents eager for him to work with the budding athletes in their family.

Having spent almost 40 years of his life as a player, coach and umpire, Cody knows the game inside out. He has an unquenchable passion not only for the sport of Baseball, but for helping all young athletes in any sport to realise their full potential. Cody's philosophy is to give athletes, their parents and coaches the tools required to achieve success on the field as well as off the field.

Before building a business around his life-long passion, Cody started multiple companies, listed four companies on the stock exchange, and has raised over $120 million for his projects. Although his focus is now on helping his clients to get better results for themselves and the young athletes they coach, he draws on his business experience to achieve a professional and customer focused approach that will help more young athletes find within themselves the confidence and self-belief to reach for and achieve their own goals in their everyday lives.

Cody lives in Surrey, England with his partner Toni, his two teenage children, and his two cats.
