Thalia Vicentica N. Cayetano is founder of The Love of Vicentica Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, and earned her MBA in Project Management from the American Intercontinental University. She wrote a book entitled Heart-Warming Stories of Love and Miracles, and is currently working on three more. Net proceeds from the sale of these books go directly to the Foundation. Thalia was born and grew up in Basco, Batanes, Philippines. She was the Executive Director of the Ivatan Foundation for Development Communications, Inc., and the Project Manager of the foundation's first project - The Public Calling Office. She now lives in California, USA with her husband and daughter. She believes that the first requisite to identifying the needs of the poor is by mingling and talking with them. Dining with the homeless and spending time to listen to the tales of the lowly keep her mission alive in her heart. Thalia has a big heart for the poor. She loves without condition and puts herself last.
