Don Foxe

Don Foxe was a thirty-year professional in the health and fitness industry. His background in Exercise Science and skills honed as a researcher and technical writer for science-based articles regarding health and physical fitness are demonstrated in the Space Fleet Sagas collection of science fiction novels.

The three foundation novels and short stories, a collection of backstories supportive of the Sagas series have all made the top five on Amazon Top 100 literature lists in multiple sci-fi/fantasy genres.

His books have received 5-Star reviews by ReadersFavorites and OnlineBookClub, as well as averaging 5-Stars by readers. BookViral called CONFRONTATION, Book Two in the series as BEST IN GENRE - SPACE OPERA.

Space Fleet Sagas has been called "the next great space opera" and is garnering a world-wide following. When sci-fi author and blogger GL Cromarty asked how he evolves such interesting plots, his answer: "I get the ball rolling, and I know where I want to eventually end up, but I let the characters control the flow. I'm often as surprised as the reader by some of the things happening along the way."

Mystery and thriller stories grounded in a science fiction future are his trademark, but the love of interesting characters could lead him, and you, most anywhere.

In between producing novels, he and wife, Sarah continue to operate an award-winning fitness center: Beach City Health and Fitness, Hilton Head Island, SC. Creative beyond print, he choreographs hip-hop and street for Werkin' Danz, teaches Zumba and co-instructs IMPACT, Self-Defense and Fitness Training. It is difficult to corner this well-rounded artist.

Speaking of art -- Don also designs his own covers. Most authors are advised against this practice, but he has years of practice with graphic and pencil art. His covers have been voted as high as number five out of over one-hundred sci-fi oriented works in online polls.
