Oliver Kranichfeld

Oliver Kranichfeld is a high school Special Educator living in Burlington, Vermont. He moved to Vermont in July of 2009 after growing up the majority of his life in Rye, New York. He earned his B.A in English at Sacred Heart University and his MA in Special Education at Saint Michael's College. He's currently enrolled in a online graduate program for Environmental Education at Hamline University. He enjoys hiking, laughter, live music, sports, and traveling.

Flatlander is his first self published novel. Kranichfeld has been a vendor at Vermont Comic Con and was interviewed by the "Lost At Home" podcast after Flatlander's release. He is currently working on two other writing projects. He has embraced, albeit reluctantly, his status as a Flatlander.
