Born in Des Moines, Iowa, Tony chose to remain in his hometown because he believed he could make a meaningful difference there. An avid reader and lifelong learner, Tony bridges science and spirituality to make timeless principles of personal growth practical and accessible. His travels throughout the United States and abroad—especially across the African continent—continue to enrich his perspective and his work.
