John Windsor

There's a persistent theme in John's work, both fiction and non-fiction — triumphing over adversity. In his novel, "Torch Day" (written in 1996), it's about overcoming violent militias and rogue elements in the FBI to keep them from burning down the government. In his newest book, "F*ck Retirement," it's about not letting ageism and the stories we were told in childhood hold us back from having an amazing life to the end of our days. Part anti-ageist manifesto and part step-by-step guide to reinventing yourself at any age, "F*ck Retirement" should be required reading for anyone over 50.

John has gone from Broadway actor to global marketing director to novelist, then back into business, consulting, and software development, landing finally on personal and executive coaching. Along the way, his battles with ageism taught him invaluable lessons on how to best navigate life in our later years, and how not to give into the BS that we are less important after we reach a certain age.
