Stephanie McConnell is a current principal in East Texas. She is an educational consultant and

the face behind the website Principal Principles™. Stephanie has co-authored Morale Magic™ which is a book filled with ideas and printables you can use to boost your school's morale. She was named the 2019 Principal of the Year by Texas Rural Education Association. Her campus is a recipient of the 2019 National Blue Ribbon Award. The Blue Ribbon signifies exceptional student performance on state assessments.
