Mattson Newell

Mattson is the author of Breakthrough Communication and Annie's Impossible Dream. He has also been published in Forbes, Inc. and Chief Learning Officer Magazine among others.

He is an expert in Culture Management, Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development and Communications. He is currently a Senior Partner with Partners In Leadership. In his career, he has frequently been asked to speak at major conferences and events throughout the world and has had the opportunity to work with clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, including, AT&T, Berkshire Hathaway, Charles Schwab, Disney, Ford, Marriott, Nike, Oracle, Transamerica and Whirlpool.

Mattson received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in communications and business, and a master's degree in communications management with an MBA core and focus on organizational behavior from the University of Southern California, and completed the Executive Leadership program at the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. Mattson and his wonderful wife, Stacy, have three amazing children.
