Maria specialises in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery and works with people from all over the world to help them overcome the horrendous fallout from this toxic abuse. She has just published her first book on Narcissism, The Top 50 Red Flags of Romantic Predators: How to avoid the Narcissist’s Trap. She believes that ‘Knowledge is Power’ and the more you know about Narcissism, the better you can protect yourself from becoming a victim.

Her interests include psychology, neuroscience, Brainwave Entrainment, Self-Help, spirituality, cosmology and life in general.

Maria was certified in Clinical NLP/Hypnotherapy in London in 1993, and obtained my BSc in Psychology in 1996. In 2014 she also qualified in Life Coaching.

Maria also runs a Facebook Books Group: Self-Help, Spirituality & Wellness Books, which currently has over 3,000 members. Authors and readers are all welcome.

Apart from her love of spirituality and personal development, she’s always loved travel and international culture. Over the last 30 years she’s lived in Germany, London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Azerbaijan, and now I live in Southern Spain. She’s an ex-Catholic, animal lover, vegetarian and shares her views of the Mediterranean from her apartment with three rescue dogs, Levi, Skye, & Reuben.
