Marjorie E Palmer

M. E. Palmer has been an elementary school teacher, a mother, a

pastor, a business owner, and a writer of Christian material. She

followed her husband to Europe and spent twenty years raising

children. She attended Wesley Theological Seminary and obtained

her M-Div degree. She served as Director of Religious Education

for U.S. Army chapels in Germany and preached for a decade in several

United Methodist Churches the North Alabama Conference where

she is a member in full connection. Rev. Palmer retired from active

pastoring in 2009 and began writing Christian fiction: Winnie’s Walk:

A Journey of Faith and Romance followed by Misty Falls: The

Journey Continues. She has also published several books of her sermons. Her book Lessons to Nourish the Soul: Sermons to Encourage and Challenge You has just been included in the United Methodist Women's Reading Program for 2019. She has been in business with her husband since 2010. The Palmers live in Madison, AL.
