Esteban Godinez

El autor, es licenciado en Biología de la Universidad de La Habana, Cuba y dentro del marco de su experiencia laboral, ha participado como Consultor recurrente del Buró de Cooperación Técnica de la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), prestando sus servicios profesionales en la actividad de Peligro Aviario y de la Fauna, en los Estados de Argentina, Colombia, Panamá y Perú. El Señor Esteban Godinez, fue seleccionado como Presidente Fundador de la Primera Junta Directiva del Comité Regional CAR/SAM de Prevención del Peligro Aviario y Fauna (CARSAMPAF), institución internacional independiente, creada por la OACI para disminuir los choques entre aeronaves y la fauna en la región del Caribe, Centro y Sur América.

The author has a degree in Biology from the University of Havana, Cuba and within the framework of his work experience, he has participated as a recurrent consultant of the Bureau of Technical Cooperation of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), providing professional services in the activity of Bird Hazard and Wildlife, in the States of Argentina, Colombia, Panama and Peru. Mr. Esteban Godinez, was selected as Founder of the First Board of Directors of the CAR / SAM Regional Committee for the Prevention of Bird and Wildlife Hazard (CARSAMPAF), an independent international institution created by ICAO to reduce the clashes between aircraft and wildlife in the Caribbean region, Central and South America.
