Russell L. Lackey

Russell Lackey was born in Fallbrook, California and educated at Westmont College, Luther Seminary, and Duke Divinity. He was the holder of the Rasmussen-Skow Chair at at Grand View University and Luther Memorial Church in Des Moines, Iowa. He currently is the pastor at Mission Lutheran Church in Laguna Niguel, CA. He is married to his wife, Jamie, and has three daughters.
