Carolyn Steidley

Dr. Carolyn Steidley, born in Carmel, California, spent her early years in Clovis, California, and cherished summers in Big Fork, Montana. Her time on a ranch by the Swan River ignited a lifelong passion for the mountains and horses.

With over 30 years of experience in ministry, she brings a wealth of experience in ministry development, vision casting, and team building. Her roles over the years have spanned from associate pastor and executive board member to youth pastor and, as she says, "even the janitor when needed." Carolyn is known for her dedication to deliverance and inner healing, which she has championed for over 40 years. Today, she travels widely, helping churches and organizations build ministry teams, always with a servant’s heart.

While leading in full-time ministry, Carolyn earned her B.A. in Christian Ministry and Leadership from Fresno Pacific University and her Master’s in Practical Theology from Regent University. She completed a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Fuller University, focusing on healing in body, soul, and spirit. Carolyn has also trained as a Sheriff Chaplain through the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, as a Certified Coach with Leadership Breakthru, and as a Grant Writer.

Outside of ministry, Carolyn enjoys time with her family, relaxing by the beach, or horseback riding. She has been happily married to her husband Robert for over 34 years and treasures her daughter and son-in-law. Carolyn’s mission is to equip and empower others, partnering with them to expand the kingdom.
