Wm. Sharpe

Wm. Sharpe was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He grew up in a Celtic family, his Scottish father being first generation and his Irish mother being second generation in America.

His career included working in national and state political campaigns; acting and directing in film and theatre; coaching basketball in college; working for various non-profit arts and cultural groups and presenting and speaking at workshops on topics ranging from politics to creativity.

Sharpe holds an BA in political science from Webster University; an MA in theatre and communications from The University of Michigan and an MFA in creative writing (scriptwriting) from Lindenwood University. He currently teaches communications at Lindenwood University and Webster University.

His favorite activity is spending time with his family and he particularly enjoys his conversations with, Duke 16 1/2, Baron 3 and Ruby 3, his three dogs. Last summer Queenie 14 lost her battle with cancer and she is missed. He regularly goes on adventures in second hand stores in search of cool and weird stuff nobody else seems to want. When he is not searching, he is watching films, his favorites being film noir or reading mysteries and crime stories.
