Tulika Singh was born in India and has lived and worked across the East and West, in cities such as London, Tokyo, and Singapore. After a successful corporate and entrepreneurial journey, she chose to return to India to pursue a more rooted path. These experiences bring a depth of perspective to her work, shaping her voice as a storyteller grounded in culture, values, and reflection.
Tulika loves storytelling, movies, nature, ancient history, scriptures, and warm fires on winter nights. Her books Lal Ded, Kieki and the Yellow Monster, Kaliyug, Bajju’s Trip to Heaven, The Princess Who Slept for Fourteen Years, and her book on Holi have won her much adulation. Her next book, Parijat: The Wish-Fulfilling Tree, is sure to touch the hearts of little ones.
She has also conducted workshops on themes such as confidence, self-belief and independence in children, empowerment, overcoming inferiority complex, raising creative thinkers, helicopter parenting, and transmitting values to children, including sessions like Singing Through the Storm – a Bhagavad Gita workshop. She has been a core part of events such as the Festival of Womanhood.
