Debasish Dutta is an engineer with over three decades of professional experience, an MBA professional, and author of The Insight Series focused on self-development and purpose-driven living.

Debasish Dutta was born in 1969 in Kolkata, India. He is the Founder & CEO of Delta Technologies, an engineering and management consultancy firm serving industry clients for over three decades. A Chartered Mechanical Engineer by profession, he has successfully worked across multiple sectors in India for over 35 years, earning recognition as a respected technocrat and mentor.

He received his Bachelor of Engineering from The Institution of Engineers (India) in 1997 and an MBA from Annamalai University in 2001. He is certified in Corporate Finance & Valuation (IIT), and is also a Technical Arbitrator and Government-approved Valuer. His intellectual interests span Applied Physics, Mechanics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, and Entrepreneurship Management.

Alongside his engineering career, Debasish Dutta has spent more than 15 years in teaching and mentoring, guiding students from school to engineering levels, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert, Guest Faculty, and Programme Coordinator with academic institutions across India.
