D. H. Osborne is an Integrator, Entrepreneur, and US Army veteran whose life story reflects resilience, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

A Florida DBPR Licensed Specialty Certified Contractor (#SCC131151954) and the owner of DRR Drywall Repair since 2009, Osborne has built a reputation across Florida as a meticulous craftsman and trusted industry professional. From a startup producing less than 10,000 USD in its first year into a six-figure business year after year, Osborne has found success in serving residential, commercial, and institutional client needs throughout North-Central Florida.

The oldest of eleven children, Osborne’s entrepreneurial journey began early. He started working at age ten, launched his first business at twelve, and entered the full-time workforce by fourteen. By sixteen he was effectively an emancipated minor, navigating adulthood independently before entering the US Army at eighteen. His life includes both profound hardship and remarkable achievements—from sleeping in the back rooms of a church during a difficult season to building a growing business, publishing his first book at age thirty, and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs along their own paths to success.

Beyond the trades, Osborne serves as a consultant and BNI Systems Advocate. He is an Integrator that facilitates organizational efficiency and growth opportunities by identifying operational “sticking points” and developing actionable plans leading to fiscal growth. Partnered with Titan and Pace, he developed a Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) Approved Continuing Education course, translating decade(s) of field experience into practical training for fellow contractors.

The author of “It Hurts to Be Mad” and now “FOUR FOOT TWO,” Osborne shares actionable insights designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools necessary for both professional and personal success. As husband to Barbra, father of Matthew and Julianna, an Apostolic Bible study teacher, and mentor, he remains deeply committed to service—whether helping build churches across Florida, supporting orphanage construction in Guatemala, or empowering business owners and leaders through consulting and networking.
