My first published novel, AutoFlick, has been favorably reviewed by Kirkus, Indie Reader and US reviews. It's a coming-of-age story infused with Moby Dick, the Boy Scouts, Quakers, pacifists and the summer of 1968.

Nevertheless, I'm keeping my day job of the past 35 years as one of the oldest still-active journalists following the mortgage banking industry.

In my life, I have quit hitch-hiking, cigarettes and jogging.
