Stefano Carloni

Stefano Carloni was born in Rome in 1970. In 1997 he graduated in Law and in 2002 he obtained a PhD in Philosophy of Law. Since 2005 he has been working in the Public Administration. He has participated in many conferences, always by direct invitation, and written about twenty essays on the relationship between law and politics, published in specialized journals and included in collections. In 2013 he published the essay Land and Sea. Reflections of geopolitics and geo-law starting from Carl Schmitt. In 2014 he tried his hand at fiction, publishing the short story The Teacher. In 2016 he published the philosophical essay Land against Sea. Reflections on the New World Order starting from Carl Schmitt; in 2017 the essays Ernst Fraenkel, the option for democracy and Being-with: philosophy of relational forms. Selected writings 1999-2012; and in 2018 the essay Land of the free. Why America must rule the world. In 2019 he published the Fairy Trilogy, composed of the fantasy-historical novel Glitter, the Adventures of a Fairy, the spy-story Codename: Fairy, and the dystopian fantasy Altea, daughter of Glitter; in 2021, urged by the fans of the Trilogy, he publishes the extra story The seasons of the fairies, which is part of it as volume I.2. Between 2021 and 2022 he wrote three fan fiction featuring Astroboy (the popular character created by Osamu Tezuka) and placed temporally immediately after the 1980 anime series "Shin Tetsuwan Atom": Shin Tetsuwan Atom Reloaded - The new adventures of Astro Boy, Shin Tetsuwan Atom 3 - The adventures of Astroboy and Niki and Shin Tetsuwan Atom Ultimate - Astroboy: Death and Rebirth. He is passionate about natural sciences, science fiction, geopolitics and the history of secret societies.
