A K Delaney

A.K. Delaney has authored educational material for medical and academic establishments, as well as poetry that has been published in various anthologies. Though born and raised in Mississippi, she has an affinity for Michigan and its Great Lakes where she has received numerous awards for her writing achievements and community involvement.

Delaney is an impassioned devotee of ancient scrolls, and her love of sacred writings is vividly expressed in her debut novel, Bearers of the Sacred Seven, a tale woven around a sacred book. As an author, she aspires to write epic novels that stand among the ranks of literary fiction, then transform those novels into screenplays; for movies have an uncanny ability to transport individuals into another dimension in time, especially ones who may lack the ability to process the written word.
