Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall, PhD, is professor of psychology and associate dean for undergraduate programmes at the College of Human Sciences and Education at KIMEP University in Kazakhstan. His current research focuses on digital gender-sexual violations (DGSV), largely of women and girls, examining perpetrator motivations and impacts on victim-survivors, the (dis)continuities between digital and materials world violences, abuses, and violations, the abuses of AI, VR, AR, and ER. The implications of DGSV for organisations, social welfare workers, and how marketing campaigns, legislation, education, policy, and social can be leveraged to address theses issues are also discussed.
