Fiona Maria Williams

Fiona Williams is a teacher of Mental Health. She was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, by her parents who immigrated to Canada from Northern Ireland to escape "the troubles." Fiona witnessed the detrimental effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Anxiety but also her parent's incredible commitment to living a genuinely happy life and the non-perpetuation of divisiveness. Inspired by her parent's example that the mind is the source of healing and happiness, Fiona went on to learn all about the mind and its functioning. Her credentials include; Clinical Hypnotherapist (certified through Edgar Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightenment), Erickson Certified Professional Life Coach, and a facilitator of A Course in Miracles. Fiona's expertise in mental health informs her passion for teaching the fundamentals of how our minds work best.
