Jason Gooley

Jason Gooley, CCIEx2 (RS, SP) No. 38759, a seasoned networking professional with over 30 years of industry experience, is renowned for his engaging teaching style and passion for helping others succeed. He holds two Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certifications and works as an independent author and trainer. Jason has authored numerous Cisco Press books, blogs for Learning@Cisco, and is recognized as a four-time CiscoLive Distinguished Speaker. He is involved in the development of CCIE exams, certification training and co-founded the Chicago Network Operators Group (CHI-NOG). His YouTube show, @MetalDevOps, explores the intersection of metal music and technology. Known as "The Godfather of Programmability," Jason drives advancements in the industry of network programmability and automation.
