Paul Bland

Paul R. Bland is a student of history. Although politics and religion don't mix well in conversation, they go hand-in hand in history and they are inseparable when trying to understand our past, our present and helps to enlighten good judgement for the future. I am a native Californian. A conservative liberal. Say what? I saw my home town be swallowed up by the over-development of cardboard homes and cheap strip malls. I saw the environment destroyed, the demography as well destroyed. Perhaps I am a reluctant angry old white man. None of that matters really. This book isn't about me.
