After 35 years living in the same home; a home my husband and I built on family land, raised our children in and expected to grow old together in, was negatively impacted by new highway construction. After all those years, we decided to move. God used a bad situation for good. He led us to the property containing the pond.

He has used the pond to speak to me of Himself and the result is The Pond. This is God reaching out to people in need of comfort, assurance, love and grace. I am merely the instrument He used.

My desire, through God’s hand, is to bring you, the reader into a closer walk with God the Father. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Savior I pray that the words in The Pond will enable you to see and feel the love of Jesus and create a desire to know Him in a personal relationship.

God’s Word tells us there is only one way to eternal life and that is found in John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Now bring your chair or blanket and come sit by The Pond with me and discover the God who loves you so!

God continues to provide devotional material and once again I have published a devotional book. In July of 2023, Pearls of Great Price was released. In this book you will find "pearls" of grace, mercy, love, faith and more.
