Alan L Klein

Alan L Klein is an independent writer with a unique gift for making complex neurological and physical health ideas practical, relatable, and human. As the behind-the-scenes ghostwriter of more than 40 books on fitness, personal growth, motivation, mindfulness, and healthy living, he has spent years helping thousands of readers navigate life's real challenges with clarity and heart.

Writing more recently under his own name, Alan has just published "The 10-Minute Parkinson’s
Blueprint To Movement: The Daily Path to Reclaiming Mobility,
Improving Balance, and Defeating Rigidity." Other recent self-help books are "Think Of It As A Challenge: Turning Obstacles Into Opportunities," "Challenging Parkinson's," "In The Moment: How To Stop Panic Attacks Before They Take Over," "Go Where the Questions Are: Curiosity, Courage, and the Daily Practice of Living on Purpose," and "12 Minute Meditation: The Power Of Kirtan Kryia."

He is also an imaginative storyteller of science fiction, mystery, romance, and adventure, including "The Paris Pitch: Where Love Becomes The Ultimate Strategy," an international advertising novel, and "Ghosts of Planet X: Virtual Interplanetary Travel at the Speed of Light." His fantasy "Swimming With The Alligators: Adventures In The Everglades" was written for children and for people of all ages. He has also written the fantasy adventure "Sorcerer's Flying Carpet," which features a huge mastiff and his two teenage companions, and involves a rescue mission to a prehistoric canyon (also published as "Zenzagore").

Before writing full-time, Alan built a successful career in advertising in New York City. When a global partnership that he initiated brought his work to Europe, he and his family relocated to Paris, France—an experience that deepened his appreciation for curiosity, cultural openness, and the courage to take unexpected paths.

Alan is a U.S. Army veteran and a lifelong learner. He and his wife, Sherryl, live in West Palm Beach, Florida, where they continue to explore life with purpose, resilience, and curiosity.
