Shaun Tinney

Shaun Tinney is the author of Practice Everything, a speaker, and a practice coach who helps people close the gap between knowing and doing.

His work centers on one simple idea: you become what you practice.

That framework grew out of more than a decade of reinvention. Shaun founded and sold a creative agency, led learning and development for goodr sunglasses, traveled 73,000 miles across the country in an Airstream, and studied writing with Neil Strauss. After losing his younger brother Nolan in 2023, he committed fully to the work he felt called to do. Practice Everything is the result.

Shaun writes and records original music, makes art, and publishes regularly on practice, creativity, and self-development. He lives in Hermosa Beach, California.
