Michael P Currie is a landlord from Canada.

As soon as Michael got involved in buy and hold investing, he saw a need for property management education.

He started a mission to educate and assist independent landlords all over the world with his blog, which lead to his first book; Landlord By Design - Complete Guide to Residential Property Management.

Michael educates by telling stories from his own personal experiences and ones of other landlords and property managers.

Michael is IPOANS CAM Certified (Certified Apartment Manager).

Plus is a regular speaker at various real estate and property management groups.

He is a self professed addict for answering property management related questions, and encourages people to reach out.
