Peter A. Kopp

Peter A. Kopp is Associate Professor of History at the University of Colorado Denver. His research specialties include environmental and agricultural history, the North American West, and public history. Hoptopia: A World of Agriculture of Beer in Oregon's Willamette Valley is his first book. He is currently working on a biography of Fabian Garcia--the "Father of New Mexico Chile."
