A.V. Crofts

Anita Verna Crofts is the author of Meet Me at the Bamboo Table: Everyday Meals Everywhere. Her food writing has been published in Gastronomica, Saveur, ColorsNW, and the four-volume set Food Cultures of the World Encyclopedia. She is on faculty at the University of Washington and Maine Media Workshop + College. She divides her time between Washington and Maine.
