Henry Brock spent 10 years in the film business working on movies and television series.

He developed the idea for 'Vicious Dogs' while working on a cable television series shot in some of the roughest neighborhoods in Toronto. The locale inspired him. When on location he took pictures of people and locations that he later put into this book.
