Dave Bell

Dave Bell is a freelance teacher, sports writer and food blogger who was born in Britain over thirty whole years ago. He currently resides in Hamburg where he ekes out a living by teaching English during the week, writing about sport for a news agency on the weekend and about food on his blog by night. His first book was an eight page epic about Robert and Edward, two brothers who travelled around England by canal together. Dave loves to write about anything he's allowed to and is still surprised people pay him to do it. 'Vegetarian for Weight Loss' is his first book as an adult, and his first book with more than one chapter. The book was inspired through the blog www.hurrythefoodup.com, a site Dave runs with his close friend Hauke Fox and fiance Katharina G, both of whom he met in Brisbane, by chance, in 2006. Dave is the proud father of one (human).
