Mona Green

Mona Green was born in Quebec in 1950 and immigrated to New England as a very young child.

Her first language was French and her elementary school years were spent in a Catholic school filled with children of French Canadian descent. Her first book, "Secrets from the Teachers' Lounge" is a fictional memoir which features flashbacks to the times she spent as a young girl in that school.

After a twenty year career in human services in a variety of capacities, Mona became a teacher and assistant principal. In retirement, Mona is a community volunteer and political activist who is always on the look out for a good story. Her next book is about conflict in a condominium setting, where a bully encounters an unexpected foe.
