As well as writing historical fiction Liah S Thorley loves to travel and has lived in the US, Australia, Italy, and Malta, and now resides in sunny Scarborough, UK

Before taking pen to paper (or opening her laptop) she was a professional dancer and actor. She also has a master's in early modern history.

Liah may be dyslexic but doesn't let it hinder her creativity. She writes in a vivid filmic style and loves to twist away from convention.
