Michael L. Rampey is the founder of Parhelion Aerospace, a company that publishes UAV logbooks and provides aerial drone-imagery services.

Captain Rampey has flown a wide variety of jet aircraft, including the USAF U-2 and the Dassault Falcon 2000 LXS. He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating and an EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence. An avid drone pilot, Captain Rampey has applied his aviation experience to developing a growing collection of purpose-designed books and tools for serious UAV pilots and operators.
